Looks good,
Obviously, I haven’t been able to really test this device on anyone (no volunteers). But it appears to be a nice security device. I keep it on my desk at work (retail) and it does give me a better sense of security. It does look a bit fake if you look closely at it, but I doubt anyone will be looking that close until it’s too late!

I carry it around like as if it is a real cellphone. I use a blue tooth, so even if I’m not really on the ‘real’ phone (which I keep in my side pocket), it always looks as though its connected to the phone I’m carrying. Its quite deceiving-in a good way. My 13 year old asked me for one, I said no, even though part of me actually would like him to have one for his own security. A few of my girlfriends have asked me where I found it, and now they are all getting them. They are black and unobtrusive. The do NOT stand out and are NOT obvious in any way. They even fit in one of those phone carriers that you can buy off the streets or in some retail stores. I never thought I would ever have one, but I feel better that I do.

|I received a European power cord,
Upon opening the box, I discovered that only a European power cord was sent (I live in the USA). I ordered a $3.29 adapter and all is well.
The device seems to work fine. I charged it, slid the side bar up to the top position and pressed the shock button. The spark and bark scared the crap out of me. I’m guessing it works fine. Looks enough like a cell phone to carry it openly. I got it for my adult daughter who will carry it to a outdoor mega camp-out type concert. In fact, I also got one for her friend who is going with her as well.
